SmallRig has officially announced its new VB99 Pro Mini V-Mount Battery, which is essentially an upgraded version of its existing and popular VB99 Mini V-Mount Battery (99Wh).

So how is it different from the regular VB99 Mini V-Mount Battery (99Wh)? Well, I am glad you asked. The new VB99 Pro utilizes a BMS intelligent chip that supports 100W (Max.) fast charging so that the battery can be fully charged in only 2.5 hours.
It also has more interfaces than the VB99, such as D-tap, USB-C, USB-A, DC 8V, and DC 12V.
Having a USB-C output is very handy as it allows you to power laptops and other devices remotely in the field.
The VB99 Pro features a durable, scratch-resistant PC and acrylic cover on the front. There is also a TFT color screen that displays the battery status.
The SmallRig VB99 Pro can be used for powering cameras, lights, and other accessories.
