Aladdin MOSAIC TUBE Lights

Aladdin, who is best known for its flexible panel lights, has new MOSAIC TUBE Lights that are finally about to start shipping after first being shown at NAB 2023. These are inflatable tubes, that look to be an interesting solution for various lighting applications.

Essentially they are flexible LED panels that have an inflatable softbox attached to the front of them. Once you inflate the light it takes on a tubular form.

Aladdin is using fast changeable LED compounds which allow you to replace small LED parts on your panel, without needing to replace the whole panel. You can either get it fixed by one of Aladdin’s certified dealers or if you need a faster replacement and have the technical skill to do so, you can do it by yourself. Aladdin will be providing a step-by-step tutorial video on how to change the LED compounds yourself.

The MOSAIC TUBE Lights feature a lightweight design which makes them easy to transport as they don’t have a large footprint. They are available in 4′ and 8′ versions. The MOSAIC TUBE 4 is a 100W RGBWW fixture, while the MOSAIC TUBE 8 is a 200W RGBWW fixture.

All MOSAIC-LITES have a claimed CRI and TLCI of over 95. There is Bluetooth so you can adjust the fixtures using the free Aladdin app from a smartphone or tablet. The MOSAIC plug connection allows you to use gear like the MOSAIC Wired Dimmer (M-WDIM). The dimmer with display allows for physical dialing. There is also a DMX port and built-in Lumenradio. The Mosaic Tubes are available in a comprehensive kit that includes a variety of accessories like a grid, air pump, and dimmer.

The MOSAIC TUBE Lights have a user-friendly mounting system so that you can securely attach them to various surfaces, such as tripods, light stands, or even overhead structures.
