SWIT has announced a new RED V-RAPTOR XL 8K VV High / Bi-voltage battery solution. RED’s newly released V-Raptor XL 8K VV is a wide-voltage camera, and it requires a high voltage of 24V from the battery to unlock all power supply ports. Traditional high-voltage V-mount batteries can be used, but SWIT has two better solutions.
B-Mount Battery & V-B mount V-B Conversion Plate
B-Mount batteries are no longer just for the ALEXA35. Its native support for high voltage and a new generation of digital communication systems ensure safe and stable high voltage support and accurate voltage and power
display. The V-B high voltage battery plate from SWIT and the B-Mount battery used on the ALEXA35 can also be used with the V-Raptor XL.
PB-H290S Bi-Voltage V-Mount Battery
The SWIT Bi-voltage V-mount battery works well with the V-Raptor XL. The special magnetic bi-voltage conversion mechanism of PB-H290S allows users to freely power either 12V standard voltage equipment or 24V high voltage equipment.
