The JVC 31.1″ Multi-Interface DCI 4K HDR Studio Monitor has been discounted by $2,500 USD on B&H till the 30th June at 11.59pm EST. This monitor was originally announced back in October 2018.

The JVC 31.1″ Multi-Interface DCI 4K HDR Studio Monitor features a 10-bit 4K DCI resolution LCD display. It only has 350 cd/m2 of brightness which is not a lot, however, JVC states that it features HLG HDR, ST.2084 PQ, and S-log3 HDR support. It covers 100% of ITU709, 99.4% of DCI-P3, and 83.8% of BT2020.

I personally haven’t seen this monitor in person and I don’t know how it compares image widse against other options such as the Panasonic BT-4LH310 31″ 4K Production Monitor, TVLogic LUM-310X 31″ 4K HDR Reference Monitor with Dual-Layer LCD, Sony BVM-HX310 31-inch 4K TRIMASTER HX Professional Master Monitor, and Atomos NEON 31″ 4K HDR Monitor/Recorder.
