Laowa has announced three new lenses in their cine line up with the 7.5mm T2.1 Cine, 9mm T2.9 Zero-D Cine & 15mm T2.1 Zero-D Cine.
The 9mm & 15mm lenses are both ultra-wide rectilinear lenses and carry the ‘Zero-D’ moniker.
7.5mm T2.1 Cine
The 7mm T2.1 Cine is designed for M 4/3 sensors and is available in MFT mount only.
It has a 49mm filter thread and an outer diameter of 52mm. It is 1.81″ in length & 0.37lb (170g) in weight.
9mm T2.9 Zero-D
The 9mm T2.9 Zero-D lens is available in Sony E, Fuji-X & MFT mounts, covering Super35 & APS-C sized sensors.
It has a 55mm filter thread & 58mm outer diameter. It is 2.13″ (54mm) in length and 0.54lb (247g) in weight.
15mm T2.1 Zero-D Cine
The 15mm T2.1 Zero-D Cine is available in Sony E-mount and covers full-frame sensors.
It has a 77mm filter thread & 80mm outer diameter. It is quite compact, at 3.59″ and weighs 1.19lb (540g).
