Tokina has announced that the atx-i 11-20mm F/2.8 CF is now available for sale. This is the third lens in the updated atx-i series of lenses joining the 11-16 f/2.8 CF & 100mm f/2.8 FF macro.

The Tokina atx-i 11-20mm F2.8 CF is designed as an ultra wide angle zoom lens for APS-C sensor DLSR cameras.
The 11-20mm focal length makes it quite versatile and gives you slightly more reach than the 11-16mm option with the fixed f/2.8 9-blade aperture.
The lens weighs 555g (19.5oz)
Just like the other two atx-i lenses, the 11-20mm features the same One-Touch Focus Clutch Mechanism to quickly switch from AF to manual focus.
With 14 elements in 12 groups, the lens uses three aspherical lens elements for sharp, high contrast images with controlled aberrations.
The Tokina atx-i 11-20mm f/2.8 CF for USD $529 and is expected to start shipping in mid-July.
