ARRI has introduced dedicated connection cables for the ARRI Hi-5 4-pin SERIAL interface that were designed to provide reliable and efficient integration with SmallHD monitors and the ARRI CCM-1.
They also provide compatibility with the SmallHD Monitor Overlay License for the Hi-5 and Hi-5 SX, and they support the direct transmission of lens data, allowing focus, iris, and zoom information to be displayed on the monitor in real time.
The cables were engineered for professional on-set applications, and they are available in multiple lengths and connector orientations, including straight and angled variants. The 4-pin SERIAL connection provides a stable alternative to USB-based workflows.
