Godox has announced its new LITEMONS SR20R Full-Color LED Light Panel. The SR20R is an 11.4 x 8.7″ LED light that lets you mount your smartphone or camera right in the middle of the light.
With the included smartphone holder, you can position the light in vertical or horizontal setups. Additionally, the light features an internal battery and the ability to be handheld.
You can also mount additional accessories on the light and use it as a pseudo camera rig, as it has three integrated top cold shoe mounts.
The SR20R is essentially a square version of a ring light, so I am not sure what the reflections in someone’s eye are going to look like.

The Litemons SR20R has a CCT range of 2800 to 6500K with 0 to 100% dimming. The bare light produces soft lighting with a claimed output of 393lx @1m/3.3′ (at 5600K). The light features CCT, +/- G/M, HSI adjustability, and an FX mode with 14 lighting effects.
The SR20R provides onboard control and Bluetooth connectivity using Android and iOS devices. After pairing, you can control the zoom setting of your smartphone’s camera. You can also hold your smartphone next to the NFC detection area on the light. Once successfully paired for the first time, the SR20R will auto-reconnect when powered on. NFC quick connection is only available for Android devices.
The light weighs in at 1.4 lb, and it has a 7.26V, 4800mAh built-in lithium battery that delivers 1.5 hours of runtime at 100% brightness. Connect the included charging cable to the USB-C port and charge the light in 2.3 hours. Additionally, three 1/4″-20 threaded holes are available for mounting the light onto a light stand.
