Taiwanese company MSI has announced the PRO MAX OLED 271UPJW12, a 27-inch 4K monitor featuring what they claim is the world’s first inkjet-printed organic light-emitting diode (IJP OLED) display.

The monitor has a printed OLED panel as well as an RGB-striped subpixel structure, which is claimed to effectively eliminate color bleeding and has been optimized for the clarity of text and images.

The colour gamut is said to cover 99% of DCI-P3. The monitor has also obtained VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification and features a claimed maximum brightness of 1,000 nits.

The panel surface features a 3H-hardness anti-glare coating, with blue light reduction and flicker-free technology. It also supports KVM and PIP/PBP functions, and is equipped with a USB-C port compatible with 15W Power Delivery.
