ProGrade has expanded its Digital CFexpress 4.0 Type A IRIDIUM range with new 1TB and 512GB versions. These would be good cards for use in the new Sony FX5.

The ProGrade CFexpress 4.0 Type A Iridium Memory Cards have claimed read speeds of up to 1800 MB/s, and write speeds of up to 1700 MB/s. The cards are also said to provide sustained write speeds of up to 1500 MB/s, and they support the VPG-800, VPG-400, and VPG-200 standards, which deliver minimum sustained write speeds of 800 MB/s, 400 MB/s, and 200 MB/s, respectively.
Despite being CFexpress 4.0, they are backward compatible with CFexpress 2.0. The cards also feature built-in thermal throttling for protection against overheating, a laser-etched serial number for tracking key components and manufacturing data, and protection against X-rays, shock, and temperatures ranging from 14 to 158°F.
