What Does the Atlas Lens Co. Mercury Series Look Like on the Sony FX5?

Atlas Lens Co. has posted up a video showing what their Mercury Series 1.5x anamorphics look like when used with the new Sony FX5.

The test footage showcases a practical lens test that was filmed at their headquarters in Glendale, California, and features photographer Tor Olsen as the subject to demonstrate the visual characteristics of the lenses.

With the Sony FX5 featuring an Open Gate recording option and built-in anamorphic de-squeeze options, the Atlas Lens Co. Mercury 1.5x anamorphic lenses would make for a nice combination.
