The FOMITO BB-01 Camera Harness Vest with V-mount Plate Power Supply System looks like an affordable solution if you want to mount V-mount batteries, wireless TX systems, etc., separately from your camera rig.
It could be handy if you are using a gimbal or want to hand-hold a camera for extended periods of time.
On the back of the vest, there is a V-mount battery plate with a D-tap, 15V DC out, 12V DC out, 8V DC out, and a USB 5V out. Additionally, there is a V-mount adapter plate, and you can use a V-mount wedge plate that allows you to attach to wireless TX units, etc. If you can’t attach the V-mount wedge directly to your gear, it has mounting holes on it that you can also use.
The only potential issue I can see is that you are going to have cables going everywhere, and it would have been nice to have seen some type of cable management system being used.
The V-mount battery plate will accept a variety of different-sized batteries, and it features all of the usual power safety features you would expect.
The straps on the vest can be adjusted, and there are waist and belt locking buckles.
