Roland has a new VC-1SC-4K Video Converter and Scaler. The VC-1SC-4K is a 4K 60p video converter/scaler that streamlines 4K video conversion and simplifies screen setup of LED walls and other displays for event productions and fixed installations.

It features a compact, rugged metal chassis and provides 4:4:4 10-bit processing and 12G-SDI/HDMI 2.0 support for cross-format conversion between HD and 4K sources.
Audio embedding and de-embedding with XLR balanced I/O is also supported.
A dedicated multi-platform control app enables quick adjustment of screen resolution, aspect ratio, ROI cropping, etc. The signal monitoring feature shows the status of video and audio signals, while built-in test pattern generators aid in configuration and troubleshooting.
With the library function, users can store/recall setups offline and on-site and easily share data with installation team members.
