At Cine Gear 2026, Teradek unveiled the Bolt Mobile. This new USB-C wireless video receiver is designed to work with an iPad and delivers a zero-latency connection.

It’s fully compatible with Bolt 4K and Bolt 6 transmitters with up to six receivers. This new product gives more people on set the ability to watch the production without being tied down to a monitor on a table. The software can be customized for the user or used without options, so the user just gets a clean feed. This is a much simpler method than setting up a network.

The Bolt Mobile has one USB-C cable that powers, transmits video, and supports communication. A second USB-C connection powers the Bolt Mobile with an external battery for longer run times.

There will be two models of the Bolt Mobile. A 750-foot and 1500-foot range version. The 1500 model will have “broadcast mode.” That is compatible with the Bolt Max TX; you can have unlimited Bolt Mobile devices running at the same time.

Pricing and Availability
The Bolt Mobile 750 model will retail for around $1000 USD, and the 1500 for $1500 USD, with a planned release in August 2026.
