Studios are starting to put out more and more videos to try to encourage people to go to theatres. Amazon MGM Studios has a new Project Hail Mary– Theater Tour with Phil Lord & Christopher Miller.
Project Hail Mary stars Academy Award nominee Ryan Gosling, and it is scheduled for release on March 20, 2026.
Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the directors of Project Hail Mary, take you on a tour of various theaters to show you the different formats available for experiencing their movie. Project Hail Mary is available to watch in 12 different formats.

The film was shot on the ARRI ALEXA 65 specifically for display in IMAX’s 70mm 15 perf 1.43 aspect ratio. There is also a digital version available in IMAX 1.43 or 2.39 aspect ratios, as well as 1.85 or 2.39, depending on what the theatre offers.
The tour Phil Lord and Chris Miller also show you how it can be watched in other theatre locations, which include:
