Beeble has announced SwitchX, a new generative video system built for professional production environments.
SwitchX enables users to transform lighting, environments, and visual context while preserving the original subject’s consistency and recognizability. It is claimed to deliver production-ready 2K output in minutes, expanding what’s possible in post and production without the need for reshoots.
With SwitchX, users can:
- Transport a subject into a completely new environment for a music video or campaign.
- Turn an everyday room into a professional podcast or studio setup.
- Dramatically relight a scene to shift mood, time of day, or genre.
- Modify props, costumes, or set elements with physically correct light interaction.
How does it work?
Users upload a video or image to the Beeble cloud app. SwitchX automatically detects the main subject and then allows you to use an interactive masking tool for more precise control. Next, they add a reference image to visually define the desired scene, including lighting, background, and props. SwitchX will then analyze the original footage frame by frame and pixel by pixel, using that data to guide the generation process and ensure consistency.
Beeble claims that in just 5 minutes, SwitchX can produce a 2K video with new lighting, background, shadows, and camera perspective, while preserving key details such as identity, facial characteristics, and audio sync.
SwitchX is now available on the Beeble cloud app.
