MRMC has announced Flair Bridge, a device that allows you to easily control MRMC robots from any laptop or computer.
This compact device removes the need for specialised operating systems, BIOS settings, or chipsets, allowing users to run Flair and operate MRMC rigs from Mac, Windows, or Linux machines, even over Wi-Fi or company networks.
For the first time, Macs are fully supported, and laptops can be used without technical limitations, making setup faster and more flexible. It also works across Windows and Linux platforms. There are no special operating system configurations, drivers, or BIOS tweaks required, which means installation and support on new computers is faster and easier than before. Previous chipset and BIOS limitations are eliminated, enabling more laptops to be used for robot control and making workflows far more portable. Connectivity is also streamlined, allowing robots to run over Wi-Fi or company networks with ease.
Despite its powerful capabilities, Flair Bridge is remarkably compact, powered by a simple 5V USB-C connection, and fully compatible with all existing MRMC rigs, including older models. Flair Bridge is available now and will be included with all future MRMC rigs, including the new Cinebot Nano. Existing customers can also purchase Flair Bridge separately to upgrade their current systems.
