FUJIFILM GFX ETERNA 55 EVF

FUJIFILM has announced that production of a dedicated EVF for the GFX ETERNA 55 is underway. A prototype is currently undergoing technical verification.

According to FUJIFILM, the EVF was designed specifically for the GFX ETERNA 55, and it attaches directly via one cable to the camera. IT can’t be used on other cameras through an HDMI/SDI connection. FUJIFILM states that the EVF allows for comfortable viewing of images from the camera with minimized image delay.

The EVF has also been optimized for the camera, and it supports the
4:3 aspect ratio during open-gate shooting.

The official launch is planned for next year, and there is currently no indication of pricing.
