BrightinStar has announced its new MF 50mm F0.95 II prime lens that is available in Sony E, Nikon Z, Leica L, and Canon RF mounts.

This is being touted as a fast, affordable manual focus prime lens. BrightinStar claims that this new version has higher resolution and improved flare resistance. It also has a redesigned one-piece lockable lens hood.

The optical construction of the lens consists of 9 groups and 10 optical lenses, including 2 ultra-low dispersion lenses and 4 ultra-high refractive index lenses.

The lens weighs in at 757g, and it has a minimum focusing distance of 50cm.
