YoloLiv has announced YoloCam S3, which they are touting as a 4K AI-powered webcam designed specifically for creators and professionals.
The YoloCam S3 is relatively small and lightweight. It tips the scales at 115g / 4oz.
The YoloCam S3 features a 1/1.3″ CMOS sensor. YoloLiv states that this larger sensor, combined with precision optics and AI-powered detail, sets a new standard for webcam quality.
You could use the YoloCam S3 for anything from conference calls to podcasting or live streaming. It works with programs like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.

YoloLiv claims that the camera delivers good images straight from the camera, while still offering complete manual controls for personalized fine-tuning. You can adjust contrast, sharpness, saturation, exposure, white balance, autofocus, and colors.
They also state that the camera achieves dynamic range on par with a DSLR, but they don’t mention what cameras they are comparing it to.
The YoloCam S3 supports up to 4K 30 fps (1080p60) through a USB-C 3.0 connection. The camera is also capable of outputting 1080p even when using the 4x Digital Zoom. Users can utilize AI automatically-tuned auto-exposure, auto white balance, and noise reduction.
Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) is claimed to feature face tracking.
The camera comes with a foldable magnetic mount and an integrated 1/4″-20 interface so you can use it with tripods, etc. You can rotate the YoloCam S3 vertically on the magnetic mount if you want to use a portrait mode.
