Zacuto have today opened up pre-orders for their new Gratical HD viewfinder (EVF). As a special bonus those who sign up now will get a $200 discount, bringing the price of the Gratical HD down to $3600 US. Not inexpensive but competitive when compared to OLED EVFs from Sony or Red.
Buyers who order today will have to wait until January 2015 for the EVFs to ship, but they will secure their place in line for what is sure to be a high demand product.
I recently had a chance to get my hands on the Gratical HD and also the upcoming control grip (at a rather noisy pub). Check out the short preview video below:
