CAME-TV ST- RONIN S Video Stabilizer

The CAME-TV ST has been specifically designed for the DJI RONIN S. The vest when used in combination with the support arm takes the weight off of the operator’s arm and transfers it to the body.

The DJI RONIN S can certainly get heavy if you are running a small or mid sized digital cinema camera and you won’t be able to hold it for more than a few minutes without needing to put it down. By adding a vest and an arm you can shoot for longer without getting arm fatigue.

According to CAME-TV, the support arm dampens the vertical movement, virtually eliminating gait bounce.

The payload capacity of the arm is 22 lb/10kg.

What is included:
Stabilizer vest and dual arm
Counterweight *4 (Each 200g)
15mm rod clamp *1
15mm rod *2

Optional: extension rod for counterweight

For me, a vest and arm almost defeat the purpose of having a single-handed gimbal system. Most people buy single-handed gimbals so they can have a quick and easy to use solution that doesn’t take up a lot of space in a bag. As soon as you start adding a vest and a gimbal, that is extra set up time and extra gear that you need to take with you.
