What is of most interest is the Galaxy Note10+ features live focus video that adds depth-of-field adjustments so you can blur the background.

I know this effect has been possible when taking photos, but I’m not sure this has been done before when recording video. I’m not that up on phone tech, so please let me know if there are other phones out there that can do this.

There is also a Zoom-In Mic that is claimed to amplify the audio and push background noise aside to help focus on the sounds that you want. There is also a new and improved Super steady function that stabilizes footage. According to Samsung, the camera predicts movement by pulling from a library of over a million frames, reducing vibrations in your videos. This is also available in Hyperlapse mode.
