StudioBinder update brings teamwork & collaboration features

There are many online project management platforms which you may be familiar with or even use such as Basecamp & Trello. You may even be using a video focussed platform like Wistia & Frame.io.

StudioBinder aims to be an all-in-one management solution encompassing everything from pre-production all the way to final client review and has been designed for video creatives

StudioBinder places many of the tools you would need when managing a video production into one central place without the need of creating multiple excel, PDF & doc files. Information can be quickly updated, distributed & viewed minimising any miscommunications.

Some of the features include:

  • Call Sheet Builder
  • Shot Lists
  • Storyboards
  • Script Breakdowns
  • Production Calendar
  • File Sharing

What’s new?

The latest StudioBinder update brings teamwork and collaboration specific tasks allowing users to share their calendars, shot lists, storyboards or any other page created in StudioBinder with another person without having the need to create an account.

Collaborators can be assigned different roles, and changes are all tracked. Just like a Google document, live updates are displayed on the page so if multiple users are on the same page, they can work collaboratively without fear that their changes may get overwritten or have to cross-check multiple versions of the same file.

How much is it?

StudioBinder offers four tiers of subscription. Each ranging in the number of projects, file storage & modules available.

If you would like to try out StudioBinder, you can sign up for the FreeForever Plan which lets you manage a single project, manage contacts and prep unlimited call sheets.
