At the Photokina show in Cologne, Ledgo had several interesting looking large LED panel solutions that are highly portable. These are essentially the now familiar flexible type LED panels, but in a rectangular shape mat that is then attached to a lightweight frame.
A thin diffusion sheet is placed over the front to create a large, soft and even light source. You can power the lights using battery or mains sources.
A single bi-colour Versatile mat costs around $400 US. A two light kit with frame and carry bag is just under $700 US.
