Pro-X are know as makers batteries and LED lights. At BIRTV this year they showed a few interesting products including the novel XP-BM4 shoulder support system than quickly folds to fit on a tripod.

They also showed a pair of wireless HD transmission systems, one with a claimed 50m range, the other 150m, the cheaper of the two is supposed to retail at around $5000 US I was told. These are mountable on a broadcast camera and have SDI and HDMI connections. You can supply the transmitter with HDMI and the receiver would put the signal out as SDI to your sat truck or video village – great for cameras like the Sony FS100 in a ‘live’ scenario as it only outputs HDMI.

Lastly they had new hi capacity batteries designed for various cameras. Some looked quite familiar, I’m really not sure who is copying who any more.
